The ad is free of charge. If you sell or rent out with our help, our fees will amount to :

• 50 % of the fees provided for by the contract should one of our agents take charge of the buyer.
• 15 % of the fees provided for by the contract should our agents not be present in your field of activity or not be available to take charge of the buyer.

You will receive your private access codes after filling out the registration form and sending the required supported documents back by fax.

For each contract of agency that you wish to put on line, you will first have to fax a delegation of a contract of agency enclosed with the said contract and registered in our account books.

Should you fail to send these documents, your ad would not be validated.

In order to put your property on line, you will fill out a pre-filled descirptive form which will display your ad automatically in french and in english once we have validated it.

In order to avoid the doubles for the single contracts of agency, the priority will be given to the person who will first fax the contract of agency with its delegation.
